Qualifications & Experience

  • Higher Secondary / Pre-University / GCE Advanced “A” Level
  • Diploma
  • 2-3 years working experience

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handling customer sales inquiries
  • Processing of sales and purchase orders
  • Monitoring and following up on outstanding order status
  • Handling customer complaints
  • Sourcing products to meet customer’s projects needs
  • Participating in continual improvements and applying best practices for management of customer service functions

Knowledge Competencies

  • Proficient in Microsoft and Google Office software
  • Understanding shipping terms and handling of import and export matters

Interpersonal Competencies

  • Professional attitude, self-driven and good team spirit.
  • Good communication and people handling skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
