Qualifications & Experience
- Higher Secondary / Pre-University / GCE Advanced “A” Level
- Diploma
- 2-3 years working experience

Duties and Responsibilities
- Handling customer sales inquiries
- Processing of sales and purchase orders
- Monitoring and following up on outstanding order status
- Handling customer complaints
- Sourcing products to meet customer’s projects needs
- Participating in continual improvements and applying best practices for management of customer service functions
Knowledge Competencies
- Proficient in Microsoft and Google Office software
- Understanding shipping terms and handling of import and export matters
Interpersonal Competencies
- Professional attitude, self-driven and good team spirit.
- Good communication and people handling skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
