Nestled in a peaceful residential neighborhood in eastern Singapore, this multigenerational home merges two adjacent semi-detached houses into a unified space for three generations of family members.
The vertical wooden facade slats serve both aesthetic and functional purposes, reducing direct sunlight, improving natural ventilation, and adding a textured elegance to the home. Our team designed the facade lighting to highlight the slats' verticality while delivering balanced illumination for the balconies.
Inside, the indirect cove lighting creates a soft ambient glow, allowing the dining room’s centerpiece pendant to take center stage. The iconic Louis Poulsen Artichoke pendant, not only illuminates the space but also serves as a captivating statement piece, visible even from outside the home.
